CL T20 Cricket teams: Western Australia Warriors

Runners-up of Australian domestic Twenty20 tournament, The Western Australia Warriors, announced 15-member squad for the Champions League T20 Cricket tournament. IPL players, Shaun Marsh, Luke Pomersbach and Luke Ronchi, found place in the young squad. Western Australia lost to Victoria in the final of the domestic T20 tournament. They missed the services of reliable Mike Hussey as he chose Chennai Super Kings over Western Australia.

Shaun Marsh is the highest run aggregator in the Indian premier League 2008. He almost singlehandedly took Mohali (Kings Punjab) to the semi-finals of the IPL. He is the most crucial player in this young Western Australia team.

Luke Ronchi who played for Mumbai Indians in IPL is the current record holder of fastest hundred in Australian domestic cricket.

First match: With Sialkot Stallions on December 4th in Bangalore (Group B).
