ESN-Star Sports picked Amitabh Bachchan to endorse 2010 Champions League cricket tournament. ESPN is the official broadcaster of Airtel CLT20 cricket tournament in India.  2010 Champions League will be held in South Africa for 17 days from September 10. 10 teams from 6 countries will participate in this prestigious tournament. India will be represented by Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians and Bengaluru Royal Challengers.  This is the second big signing by Amitabh Bachchan in this month after signing for Kaun Banega Crorepati earlier. ESPN is expected broadcast Amitabh Bachchan ads soon to increase awareness about 2010 Champions League cricket tournament.  In India, cricket fans still do not have that much awareness about CLT20 tournament as they do have on IPL T20 tournament.   2010 CLT20 Team updates:    1. South Australia is weakened by the absence of Shahid Afridi and Kieron Pollard.  2. Victoria Bushrangers and Warriors are fielding very strong teams along with IPL teams.  3. Wayamba Elevens is the only confirmed team that has still not announced 20-man preliminary squad.  4. Royal Challengers will miss Kevin Pietersen but Andew Flintoff may play for Chennai Super Kings.
